Terms of Service
1. Purchasing/commissioning art from me grants you personal use of your digital copy. You cannot use the art to gain a profit.2. Personal use encompasses, but is not limited to: The credited reposting of art in personal galleries, cropping for icons or other graphics, printing for your home. Please discuss with me personally if you wish to use your art for other uses that do not fall under these categories.3. I reserve the right to use my artwork for personal advertisement and online portfolios, among other personal uses not incurring profit.4. Minor alterations to fix any mistakes on my part (eg. wrong eye colour) will be made free of charge. Larger alterations (not related to mistakes on my part) may be denied or only accepted alongside additional payment.5. No refunds will be accepted after the finished product has been delivered to you. Partial refunds may be negotiated while the art is still a work in progress.6. Not all commissions will have an approval stage, as I tend to do quicker/smaller commission types in one sitting.7. Depending on the commission type, payment is generally accepted once I have shown you a sketch for approval and as proof that I have started working on your commission. For smaller commissions, payment may be requested before I begin working at all. Payment will be through a PayPal invoice and you will not receive the finished product until the payment has been received by me.8. If I have taken payment before beginning to work on the commission, I can decide to give a full refund at any time if I believe that I will not be able to complete the commission within a reasonable timeframe for a commission of that type.9. I do not give estimated dates/times for completion so please specify if this is relevant to you or if you are hoping/expecting to receive the art before a certain date.Thank you!
Commission Examples + Prices
Pet Portraits - $200 USD
These pet potraits are digital paintings. You will be given a high resolution image that is big enough to print!◦ Be prepared to send me a few clear, well-lit reference photos (and feel free to tell me which is your favourite!).
◦ Small add-ons can be negotiated for a price.
◦ Any species or breed of pet is fine.
